Sunshine at Last for GuilFest
After two horrendous days and dreadful nights of rain, the sun well and truly joined in on the last day of GuilFest 2012.
YST was once again out and about at the festival, discovering hidden talent on the many various stages, whilst looking for more gluten and dairy free food to keep us going for the day.
Worth a mention on Day Three was the Dragon's Den star Levi Roots, who played to a packed tent on the Vive Le Rock stage. With little standing room left, the entire audience joined in on the famous Reggae Reggae Sauce song. As well as making great sauce, Levi makes great music too.
Close by on the Surrey Advertiser Stage we were wowed by the amazing performance from 'Coma 69'. This band is definitely worth taking some time to find out more about so check them out at www.coma69.co.uk
On the food menu was another gluten and dairy free stew, courtesy of Fat Salad - who source ingredients so that the majority of your meal is organic, fairtrade, free range and British-produced, if in season.
The meat they use is always free range and the boxes and cutlery always biodegradable. Visit their Facebook page for more information.
To round off the day we were entertained on the Main Stage by Brian Ferry, who was joined by legendary guitarist Johnny Marr.
The perfect combination to wind down GuilFest 2012.
