The two day event is the jewel in their crown, gathering a host of artisans and foragers, cookery teachers, food producers, classic chefs, food writers and media stars, all culminating in two days packed with infectious enthusiasm and passion about food.

New names announced for the cookery school include multi award winning Rachel Demuth of Demuths Restaurant in Bath, Elly Curshen of the legendary Pear Café and Robin Harford from Eat Weeds, one of the countries leading authorities on wild and foraged food.

The Square Food Foundation, formerly 'Bordeux Quay' cookery school, will be running free cookery classes in the children's area all weekend. Claire and the team will be teaching our younger visitors how to make pasties, pesto and pasta to take home and enjoy for tea.

The market will be graced by the presence of 200 year old cheesemongers 'Paxton and Whitfield', showcasing some exceptional chesses from the region.

Tom's Pies, The Bristol Cider Shop, Upton Cheyney Chilli Farm and Bath Harvest are other new additions.
