Bowel Cancer Awareness Month

Bowel Cancer Awareness Month

This April, to mark Bowel Cancer Awareness Month, national charity Bowel Cancer UK is encouraging men and women across the UK to increase their awareness of the signs and symptoms of bowel cancer and to act on their concerns, sooner rather than later.

Bowel cancer, also referred to as colorectal or colon cancer, is the second biggest cause of cancer death amongst men and women in the UK.

But it shouldn't be.

Bowel Cancer is very treatable, especially if diagnosed early.BC UK Logo
