Happy Birthday To Us
Today The Source website is celebrating its first birthday and what a year it has been!
Last December saw chaos across the UK - with the coldest temperatures ever recorded; schools closing and airports coming to a standstill - and amidst all of that came the launch of The Source website.
Over the year we have had the pleasure of working with industry experts, including The Soil Association, WWF and the UNEP; enabling us to bring you an insight into the many different aspects of food production and farming methods, deforestation, endangered species, organic farming, conserving energy and tips on how you can help save the planet at home.
This is a path we will follow throughout 2012, as well as continuing to grow support for our local producers.
We have looked into the major festivals across the UK and highlighted some of the smaller ones that you may well have missed!
We have brought you great products, tantalising recipes, health and dietary information, kept you up to date on awareness days and charity events and in addition to this - numerous reader offers and competitions galore!
As we say goodbye to 2011 we are looking forward to a very busy new year - packed full of more exciting events, with new product launches, food & drink updates and a wide array of lifestyle features to help get you through your day.
