When someone mentioned The Fabulous Baker Brothers and Trouserless Sizzling Prawns, we just had to take a peek to see who was, or was not, wearing the trousers! And the disappointment at seeing both guys fully dressed, albeit showing some knee in shorts, was outweighed by the barbecue prawn recipe, which certainly cheered up our taste buds.

Food brings people together and nothing does this better than a BBQ. However, these don't have to be a summertime ritual. Four Seasons Fairways believe that a good BBQ can bring families and friends together at any time of the year. To celebrate its love of families, friends and al fresco cooking, Four Seasons Fairways has launched 'WinterGrill' to encourage not only their guests, but everyone to fire up the coals all year round.

Along with the fantastic cooking facilities on offer in each of the 132 private villas including fully functional kitchens and bespoke BBQ stations, Four Seasons Fairways have provided a set of WinterGrill Recipe Cards with unique recipes created by British TV Chefs Tom and Henry Herbert (The Fabulous Baker Brothers).

To accompany these recipes Tom and Henry have also created a set of online inspiration and tutorials showcasing the ingredients, techniques and method for each.

"When we were told about the idea of WinterGrill we loved it. Tom and I come from a huge household and family is very dear to us and we are also passionate about BBQ’s and grilling great food. So, to combine these two was a must and doing it with the lovely Four Seasons Fairways and to get to film in their resort was a wonderful treat. We are already both planning trips back with our families next spring and will be there in February to host our BBQ masterclass."
