Tropical Sun - Guava Mousse
After a heavily spiced or full-flavoured meal why not try a refreshing mousse as your dessert of choice. Simple, tangy and tasty - this recipe is a hit with the grown-ups as well as the kids.
Serves: 6
Ingredients
- 3/4 jar Tropical Sun Guava Jelly
- 210g Tropical Sun Evaporated Milk
- 200g sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Procedure
- Chill the evaporated milk by placing it in the freezer for a short time.
- Pour it into a chilled bowl and whip it until thickened.
- Add the sugar, guava jelly and lemon juice and mix until the sugar has dissolved.
- Fold in the whipped evaporated milk and pour into freezer trays. Freeze it for 4-6 hours.
- Once chilled, remove from the freezer and enjoy!
