Mozart's Brandy Alexander Cocktail
Ingredients
- 35ml Santa Teresa Gran Reserva AƱejo
- 20ml Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur
- Dash Mozart Chocolate Bitters
- 20ml Milk
- 20ml Cream
- 5ml Gomme Sugar Syrup
Procedure
Served straight up, without ice, this Brandy Alexander is so easy to make and combines two great products from the Mozart range. Simply shake all the ingredients together in a mixer, half filled with ice cubes, before straining the liquid into a glass. Garnish with nutmeg to serve.
Santa Teresa Espresso Martini
Ingredients
- 30ml Gran Reserva
- 30ml Araku
- 30ml chilled espresso shot
- 5ml gomme optional
Procedure
Shake and double strain all the ingredients into a cocktail glass and garnish with coffee beans.

- 50ml Santa Teresa Gran Reserva
- 1 lime or 25ml lime juice
- 8 mint leaves
- 2 tsp spoons of caster sugar
- Soda
Procedure
Into a hi-ball glass add the mint leaves, squeeze the lime, add the rum and sugar. Stir, then top with soda and garnish with a mint sprig.
Santa Teresa Orange Daiquiri
Ingredients
- 50ml Santa Teresa Rhum Orange
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 1tsp Caster Sugar
Procedure
Add together all ingredients and shake with ice before straining into a chilled Martini glass.
