Britain's love affair with the trusty sandwich could be numbered because new on the belt at YO! Sushi this summer is the Oishii Bun, which launch on to menus nationwide at the iconic sushi restaurant.
The word 'Oishii' is Japanese for 'delicious' and these light and fluffy white Asian buns are gently steamed and filled with one of four fantastic flavours - including Hoisin Duck, Miso Chicken, Teriyaki Mushroom and Yuzu Mackerel.
The Oishii bun is available to eat-in or takeaway and with prices starting at just £3.10, your wallet will be just as happy as your tummy.
Hoisin Duck
Shredded roast duck perfectly coupled with hoisin sauce, spring onion, coriander, and white sesame seeds.
Miso Chicken
Chicken Kara-age sits on a bed of pickled cucumber, sliced red radish and cos lettuce topped with miso mayonnaise and spring onion.
Teriyaki Mushroom
Teriyaki Mushroom Oishii Bun showcases Mushroom Kara-age on a nest of pickled cucumber, red onion and cos lettuce topped with a light teriyaki glaze.
Yuzu Mackerel
Light mackerel Katsu is expertly paired with pickled cucumber, pickled red onion and cos lettuce topped with yuzu mayonnaise, dill and shiso cress.
