The Unique and Magical Spiegeltent Love Food Festival
Feasting and festivities will be the order of the day as Love Food Festival presents a very special Christmas event at the unique and magical 'Spiegeltent' on Sunday 9th December 2012.
This 1920's style 'big top' tent will transport you back to a by-gone era of traditional Christmas cheer, with original stained glass windows, flooring and mirrors all playing home to a bustling Love Food market, seasonal demonstration theatre, some delicious hot food, a cafe and festive inspired children’s activities.
The main feature of the day will be our action packed demonstration theatre which has been kindly sponsored by 'The Devilled Egg Kitchen Academy'.
Sit down and be inspired to try out a whole range of seasonal ingredients whilst picking up some great quick tips from a host of well-known local chefs. All chefs will be serving up their dishes to the audience at the end and questions and conversations will be fully encouraged.
We are delighted to be sponsoring the festive demonstration kitchen at this special event and working in partnership with an organisation who shares our core values of championing local chefs and produce and empowering people to cook delicious, affordable meals at home.

The Love Food market will be the perfect place to stock up on all your Christmas treats. Order your festive bird or pick up some gorgeous cheeses, nuts, wines and smoked fish to really make the big day special.
A fantastic array of artisan chocolates, sweets, cakes and breads will also be on offer as well as some perfect gift ideas for the loved ones' stockings.
There will of course be a great selection of street food on offer, such as 'Gaucho BBQ's' fillet of slow cooked ruby red beef or 'Churros Susanna's' crispy churros with a hot chocolate dipping sauce alongside hot chestnuts and warming mulled wine.
There will be plenty of delicious food and drink for everyone to enjoy.
Around our own homemade gingerbread house children are encouraged to come and try a hand at creating some gingerbread decorations to hang on the Christmas tree at home.
With clove orange making, face painting, carol singing, cracker making and other arts and crafts, children will be sure to have a fantastically festive day out.
