The UK's Biggest Celebration of Fine Chocolate this October

Chocolate Week returns this October to celebrate the very best of fine chocolate from across the globe (12th to 18th October).

To celebrate, the grand highlight of the week will be Olympia's The Chocolate Show London (16-18th) which sees chocolate exhibitors stretching from Vietnam to Cleethorpes together under one roof, chocolate demonstrations from top chefs and chocolatiers, master classes, truffle rolling, a children's area hosted by Charlie & the Chocolate Factory the musical, the world famous chocolate fashion show and a bean to bar chocolate factory making chocolate live throughout the show.

Across the UK, hundreds of events will be taking place to celebrate Chocolate Week, as we look forward to seeing what sumptuous concoctions top chocolatiers, our favourite supermarket brands and a whole host of restaurants, hotels and bars have dreamt up as part of the largest celebration of the sweet treat.

We can all look forward to talks, tastings, demonstrations and sampling, as well as exclusive products, new launches, offers, chocolate meals, cocktails and even recipes so we can join in at home too. Just some of the events already announced include: -

  • Divine Chocolate will be working with Fair, the world’s first Fairtrade spirits brand to make a unique chocolate cocktail which will be available in bars across London
  • Master chocolatier Paul A Young has teamed up with Harvey Nichols to create a chocolate themed afternoon tea available in all of their stores
  • Bean to bar makers Madécasse and London's Tap East are launching a collaborative Chocolate Beer
  • Godiva will be hosting the second annual Godiva Chocolate Challenge finals (13th October)
  • The Intercontinental Park Lane is offering a new limited edition Chocolate Afternoon Tea just in time for the week

  • Tony Rodd, finalist in this years' MasterChef will be putting on a three course chocolate experience using Divine Chocolate throughout the meal at his monthly pop up The Jones Family Project in Shoreditch

Chocolate Week aims to promote fine flavour chocolate, the independent artisan chocolatiers and the chocolate companies who work in direct partnership with cocoa farmers, encouraging consumers to pay a fairer price for their chocolate. 2015 marks the 11th anniversary of Chocolate Week.
