PipsDish, Islington to Host Three of London's Hottest Rising Pop-up Restaurateurs
For three nights in May, PipsDish in Islington is hosting three of London's hottest rising pop-up restaurateurs.
Chosen from a list of dozens of applicants by PipsDish and WeArePopUp, these stand-out cooks have been awarded one night to bring their character and expertise in the kitchen to the next level.
This is a unique opportunity to experience tomorrow's restaurateurs at their best: with a day's preparation and one night to shine.
Each night will be hosted by a different pop-up restaurant - taking the principles of pop-up to uncharted territory.

The PopUp Challenge Winners are: -
- AMooseBush, an awesome foursome family of cooks, fire up The Best of Italy featuring regional Italian dishes that have been handed down the family through Nonna Bianca and Nonno Giuseppe. - Tue 21st May, 7pm, £30.90
- Cult Events, a team spanning creative set designers, mixologists, chefs and event managers, hosts Pisco Fuego, a Latin American Party inspired by the cuisine and culture of Buenos Aries, Mexico City, Santiago and Lima. Think spit roasted pork, salsa verde, pisco sours and acoustic guitars around an open fire. - Wed 22nd May, 7pm, £36.05
- Zoe's Ghana Kitchen, the one-Irish-Ghanaian-woman force of nature that is Zoe, will be drumming up the Azonto vibe to London town, cooking all best loved West African dishes from her string of popular popups. Oh yes, we're talking about that peanut butter lamb stew that caused queues round the block in Hackney... - Fri 24th May, 7pm, £30.90
