Malmaison London Relaunches this November
Malmaison is delighted to announce the re-launch of its London property this November following a major refurbishment. The boutique hotel chain is bringing a slice of New York to Farringdon with an innovative new urban room design concept, a brand new lounge bar and a risqué new restaurant.
The hotel's 97 rooms, including two suites, have been redesigned featuring stripped wooden floorboards, feature wallpapers such as exposed brick and concrete, bespoke furniture, and Malmaison amenities from Anatomicals. 
Street artist Xenz, in partnership with Lazarides gallery, has created beautiful murals throughout the hotel. Taking inspiration from the leafy hotel surroundings the lift lobby and each floor landing is filled with gold and iridescent branches and leaves inspired by Asian art styles, creating the feeling of a tree growing up through the hotel.
The hotel's basement restaurant, Strip Bar & Steak, will specialise in New York Strip using a selection of USDA Black Angus Prime grade beef, hand-cut to order from 250g up to 550g - for those who like a challenge. The interiors will combine urban style with a touch of Las Vegas, featuring exposed brick walls, dark wooden tables and floors and plush leather seating. Guests will be led into the restaurant by neon lights and daily specials will be advertised on a model of the classic Nevada Stardust Casino sign. A curated soundtrack provides an energetic atmosphere making it the perfect spot for an early dinner through to late night revelry!
Upstairs on the ground floor, will be a brand new lounge bar offering all day dining and a more relaxed drinking area. The spacious lounge will serve hot and cold breakfast items and the usual Malmaison classics, including the Mal Burger and Steak Frites.
The hotel features two stylish meeting rooms and Strip Bar has a private dining room for up to 14 people.
