Start your afternoon with a glass of complimentary bubbles whilst relaxing into the beautiful Garden Room filled with British Raj splendour.

Enjoy a trio of savoury canapés to start:

• A light Gujarati lentil dal with fresh coriander & red-skinned peanuts served
  with steamed rice & roasted okra

The Sweet Platter:
A trio of chocolate tarts to embellish indulgent journey:

• Dark chocolate infused with chai
• Salted milk chocolate infused with a hint of chilli & nutmeg
• Creamy white chocolate infused with gentle sweet fennel & anise

Mini Madeleines - little mouthfuls of Indo-French elegance.

• Infused with Rose water, Cardamom and studded with pistachio
• Infused with chai, a blend of darjeeling tea & warming spices

• Indian shortbread hearts - a light & crumbly biscuit infused with a blend of betel leaf, sweet fennel & other spices

• Bollywood Blondie - a rare and beautiful sight, this blondie gets her fair skin from creamy white chocolate, her caramel tones from natural cane sugar and her bite from roasted red-skinned peanuts. The perfect taste of modern India.

All served with beautiful boutique Indian Assam tea by Lalani & Co. to compliment the delicate array of edibles.

Indianised Churros:

• Warm sweet fluffy naan, sprinkled with pistachios and served with a warm chai-spiced chocolate dipping sauce. Heaven.

A small cup of traditional spiced Indian tea - chai - will finish your afternoon & warm you for your journey home.
