Eleven World Class Chefs Set to Cook at Obsession13

Northcote opens it doors to eleven of the world's top chefs for the annual ten day food and wine festival, 'Obsession' taking place on Monday 21st to Wednesday 30th January 2013.

The ten day event takes place at the Michelin Starred restaurant, Northcote, Lancashire, in which culinary experts showcase their skills, creating a unique five course menu.

This is Obsession's thirteenth year, which is an extraordinary achievement as it is a food festival that manages Philip Howardto be a showcase for great chefs as well as a celebration of great food and a meeting of friends.

Ten nights are given to some of the top chefs in the world, who gather for the sheer joy of getting together and performing their magic for a truly appreciative audience.

Obsession is about people who are brought together by a mutual passion, a passion that needs to be shared and enjoyed.

And so for 10 days Northcote will be filled with the perfumes of different dishes, unfamiliar flavours, textures and delights.

For 10 days you will have the pleasure of eating at the greatest festival of food in the country, quite possibly the world.

There's nothing quite like Obsession.
