Journey through the past, present and future of Insect Gastronomy with Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland. Learn about the integration of insects in today's diet and discover whether insects are a passing trend within the culinary industry, or if they are here to stay.
You will learn about the role tomorrow's chefs will play with insects within the food industry. The feature is at 11am each day for the London show, 11-13 November, and costs only £5 per session (in addition to the general entry ticket price).
At Your Source we have tried insects a few times over the summer, once on their own - we were brave! And a second time with Rococo Chocolates at Dinner at the Twits. We sampled a selection of crickets and more from Jiminis and have to say - they are worth a try.
