Nestled in the depth of East Grinstead's beautiful greenery, Kingscote Estate offers vineyard tours, a wine shop, cookery school, fishing & a Tithe Barn for events, wedding & corporate hire, while the vineyard produces wines and cyder in Sussex.

And on the 6th October 2016 you can experience 'A Day of Flavours' with Jo Banks, when you will learn how to cook a fuss-free menu that is perfect for the family - and posh enough to recreate for a dinner party menu.

Originally from Chichester, West Sussex but now living with her family on the Kent and Surrey borders, Jo has been working with food for over eight years. Self-taught, with excellent demonstration and presentation skills, Jo brings inspiration and fun back in to the kitchen and specialises in offering time saving tips and ideas on entertaining, making menus easy and cooking accessible to all.

It is by sourcing local, in-season ingredients whenever possible, using healthy and 'clean eating' recipes cooked from scratch, and feeding the family with time saving recipes that Jo has built her reputation in the kitchen. For Jo, to bring 'Alive with Flavour' to a new cookery school on the beautiful Kingscote Wine Estate it is an opportunity not to miss!

A Day of Flavour offers a colourful menu that will impress your guests, with tips on stress-free, do-ahead entertaining, which includes seasonal vegetables and timely flavours.

The day will consist of part demonstration and part hands-on cooking. And after all the work is done you will be invited to sit down and enjoy the autumn menu together as a group, while sampling a glass of award-winning Kingscote wine, as you take in the beautiful surrounding views.
