Back in 1882 a chemist from Indianapolis noticed how clean and shiny his tarnished pot was after cooking rhubarb. So using an active ingredient that's found in the rhubarb plant he made a talcum smooth cleaner and sold it to the city's taverns. In August 2011, Alison Coombs saw an advert in a weight watchers magazine for Women V Cancer Cycle Challenges - India . Having just lost 5 stone herself and with cancer having touched her family, Alison signed up. An incredibly emotional journey, lots of tears, lots of laughs and very sore bottoms ensued, as 88 women cycled through India - camping and pulling together to raise money to help other women.

People from all walks of life are being invited to take part and host a 'Wallace & Gromit BIG Breakfast' for the week in April and the event, sponsored by Foresters, is being launched with a special Wallace & Gromit Breakfast at Garfunkel's restaurants for children from local hospitals and hospices.
