The Source caught up with the owners of Ecoforce to have a chat about the Dishmatic and decided to put it to the test...

"We love this item as we can wash up without having to scrub our hands into dried on food and sticky bowls. The handle makes it easy to get down into tall glasses and the automatic detergent being dispensed right where it is needed makes washing up a whole lot easier.
When we tried the dishmatic we used a 50/50 combination of detergent to water in the handle and found that it was just as effective as using a full concentrate but saved us from having too many bubbles, as well as saving money.
While we were there we decided to try out some of the other items in the range to see if how they 'scrubbed up' too...
The scourers were equally as effective as any other of the leading brands available on the market and by being recycled they make us feel that much better about buying them.
Absorbent and tough, the cleaning cloth mopped up spills and wiped down surfaces with ease and went straight into the wash at the end of the day, leaving it clean and ready for the morning.
The recycled sponges took a while to get used to as they are a lot thicker than what we usually use but this worked in our favour as they were pretty tough and did not rip or tear when we put them to use on some 'baked-on' pans.
Overall, pound for pound, these work out well in the kitchen and give any other major brand a run for their money - while being eco-friendly - so they tick all the right boxes for us at The Source.
Now we just have to wait for the summer when we can get the washing line out and use our brightly coloured pegs!"
