A Taste of the Cotswold Countryside

A Taste of the Cotswold Countryside

Waitrose has launched an award-winning range of contemporary cordials which deliver a taste of the English countryside. They are the result of years of dedication from husband and wife team Chris and Becky Verinder-Baker.

The new range of Five Valleys Cordials, available exclusively at Waitrose, consists of three fantastic flavour combinations: Apricot & Ginger, Lemon & Mint and Pomegranate & Rose.

The couple started creating their own cordials from the kitchen table of their terrace house in Ebley, near Stroud in the Cotswolds a number of years ago and they have been snapped up at trendy Saturday farmers’ markets ever since.Fivevalleysgrass

The new range of Five Valleys Cordials are stocked in Waitrose stores across the UK and cost £3.19 per bottle.

The cordials make a refreshing drink mixed with still or sparkling water and can also be added to cocktails, marinades, as a cooking ingredient to fruit crumbles, or made into ice-lollies.

Five Valleys Cordials has won a number of awards including Taste of The West Awards 2010 and Great Taste Awards 2010.

All the cordials are made from natural ingredients with no preservatives, artificial flavours, colours or sweeteners.

Five Valleys Cordials will be appearing at The Stroud Farmers Market in Stroud, Gloucestershire fortnightly on Saturdays 9am-2pm and also Taste of London, Regents Park 16-19th June.
