"We put the Cheese & Spring Onion, Lincolnshire and Chilli & Coriander varieties to the test and have to say for meat-less sausages they didn't taste too much like vegetables either. For anyone looking to introduce more vegetables into their diet, or get the kids including more veggies in their meals, then these sausages could be the answer. They are slimmer and firmer than your average butcher's sausage, and a lot paler in colour but what they lack in looks they do make up in flavour. The spices in the Lincolnshire is spot-on, while the Cheese & Spring Onion is a good combination. The Chilli & Coriander was more coriander dominant, and a bit more of a kick would have been welcomed by our chilli lovers. A great alternative for people looking to do a meat-free day, lighter than the average sausage and of course, gluten-free. We would however note that the increase in your vegetable intake can be a little unsettling on your system if you are not used to more veggies in your diet."
