As returning chocolatiers to the Oxted Chocolate Fair (21-22 March) Fifth Dimension took visitors on a journey of discovery in taste combinations.
Russell Pullan and Albert Chau offer distinctive boxes of filled chocolates, chocolate bars, their very own 'Chocwich' and A'Peel, along with a variety of chocolate gifts, including hampers and personalised chocolate gifts for special occasions.
The 'Chocwich' is a chocolate that thinks it's a sandwich! Discover some of the cheekiest fillings between two naughty bites of chocolate. Choose from pillow soft and sweet marshmallow sandwiched between crisp chocolate medallions - or mouthwateringly succulent pate de fruit 'chocwiched' between two perfect squares of simply moreish chocolate. Whatever your choice, you will always remember your first Chocwich.
The A'Peel - citrusy sweet and dipped in chocolate, the A'peel lies of course in the taste. Just the right balance of chocolate, just the zingiest sliver of peel. Deliciously decadent, this really is an exquisite treat. Just try not to devour the whole lot at once.

Chloe Doutre-Roussel's "The Chocolate Connoisseur" was a revelation - opening my eyes and awakening my taste buds to the possibilities of chocolate far beyond the bars on the supermarket shelves... This is where my journey began into this new world of fine chocolate: changing my path along the 5th dimension.
Inspired by my love of travelling and fine food in fabulous restaurants, I began experimenting with different ingredients, flavours and chocolate. Now my path has brought me to the point where I want to share this with everyone."
