inSpiral have developed an incredible Raw Christmas Cake. The dense but light three-layer cake is comprised of a spiced raw fruit sponge made from currants, sultanas, goji berries, dried apricots, apple juice, rum extract, morello cherry extract, orange zest, lemon zest, dates, sprouted almonds and their own buckwheat flour. Topping this is a layer of delicious raw marzipan with a subtle almond flavour, finished with a generous layer of coconut creme frosting. This cake is a raw, nutritious delight that really is good enough to eat all year round.

Raw Mince Pies
inSpiral's Raw Mince Pies contain a juicy mincemeat, packed with fruits and delicately spiced and featuring new wonder-fruit Incan Berries. The sweet sourness of the incan berries cuts through the sweetness of the other dried fruits to deliver a not-so-sweet filling, inside a raw sprouted buckwheat and lucuma crust, dusted with coconut flour. Christmas does not get more special than this.
