Earlier this year Fria's brown sliced loaf Grova, enriched with linseeds and a hint of caraway, won the bread category in the prestigious Free From Food Awards.
Grov Minibaguette, a dark high fibre roll with sunflower seed, linseed and buckwheat flakes, received a Highly Commended certificate, and Fria's Kladdkaka, Swedish chocolate brownie cake, received a Commended certificate.
