Crowdfunding to Kickstart Local Business
Kent's first Micro Distillery, Anno Distillers and Nourish - Grow, Cook, Enjoy, creators of nourishing healthy treats, have both just launched funding pages to grow their businesses, and are asking for local support. If you advocate shopping local, then this should appeal to you too.
Anno Distillers are embarking on a new and exciting chapter in their journey. On November 6th, Anno launched their crowdfunding campaign, in order to raise funds to support accelerated growth.
Anno Distillers was established in Kent in 2011 as a new, luxury British distillery to create high quality spirits using innovative and natural ingredients. The founders, Dr Andy Reason and Dr Norman Lewis, both PhD Research and Development chemists, wanted to create artisan spirits whose unique character was their quality and fine craftsmanship.
Unlike so many craft gins that appear to be marketing projects with little thought for quality, Andy and Norman have put their scientific backgrounds to great use in creating Anno, a new British luxury brand.
