Artemis Brew is made from freshly roasted coffee, that has been sourced from the best small batch roasters, all located in Yorkshire. This is slow brewed for over 14 hours in filtered, cold water - to tease out the greatest of flavours in the purest of ways. Then it is triple filtered for clarity, crispness and refreshment, leaving a mighty fine Cold Brew - smooth but strong and most importantly, natural.
Enjoy over ice or straight out of the fridge. And if you are on the go, most ice cubes will fit in the bottle. We caught up with Ben Barker, director at Artemis Brew, to find out what fuelled his passion for coffee.
"I've always had a passion for good coffee, I'm constantly exploring new recipes, methods and coffees. Cold Brew was a method I discovered a few years ago, I was hooked instantly. It produces a less bitter, naturally sweeter and more refreshing coffee.
No milk or sugar is needed so its very healthy yet still packs a good caffeine kick. The thing I enjoy most about speciality coffee is sharing it with other people and cold brew is the perfect way to do this.
I brew a high quality drink made of only filtered water and coffee, it's then filtered again and bottled. This means anybody, anywhere, and at any time can enjoy a high quality coffee straight out the bottle!
My main drive and aim for Artemis Cold Brew is to keep welcoming people into the world of speciality coffee; a world where people always strive to make the best drink they can.
The emphasis is more on the producers and farmers of the coffee which means more can be paid for their coffee. Win win, you get a better cup and the farmers get a better wage."

This year will see more new stockists from Edinburgh to London and the addition of a Nitro draught cold brew in selected venues.
